Ten-plus years originating commercial bridge and short-term acquisition financing. Direct sponsor relationships preferred.
Senior Credit Underwriter — Construction & Conversion
Ground-up, adaptive-reuse, and heavy-value-add underwriting experience. MAI and construction-cost credentials a plus.
Head of Loan Servicing
Institutional loan-servicing leadership. Draw administration, escrow reconciliation, and workout coordination.
VP, Capital Markets
Warehouse-line management, secondary trading, and syndication with institutional counterparties.
