What Core-Plus does.

Loanetics Core-Plus Fund invests in stabilized assets requiring light value-add work — modest capital-expenditure programs, targeted tenant repositioning, or lease-up optimization — combined with modest incremental leverage to enhance returns above Core.

The fund targets multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets where in-place income is strong but a defined near-term catalyst supports NOI growth and modest cap-rate compression over the hold period.

Underwriting emphasizes conservative business plans with limited execution risk, and downside cases are stressed against the Core baseline before capital is deployed.
