Loanetics Fund X originates and administers Property Assessed Clean Energy loans for commercial and residential building energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resilience improvements repaid through property tax assessments with senior-priority municipal tax lien security.

The fund also originates green financing products including C-PACE, WHEEL program participation, and municipal utility on-bill financing instruments. Capital is deployed in partnership with state PACE program administrators, energy efficiency service companies, and commercial mortgage servicers.

The fund targets commercial real estate owners seeking long-duration capital for improvements generating energy savings and regulatory compliance.
