Loanetics launches twenty-one fund real estate platform across 2026 and 2028 vintages.
Dallas-based Loanetics announces the launch of a twenty-one fund real estate platform across two vintages, targeting $43.08B in committed investment capital. The 2026 vintage covers ten credit strategies ($25.34B) — commercial bridge, construction, fix-and-flip, land, mezzanine, distressed, participating mortgage, warehouse, single-family rental, and PACE/green. The 2028 vintage extends the platform into diversified real estate equity through eleven Core, Core-Plus, Value-Add, Growth, Opportunistic, and Special Situations funds ($17.74B). Platform-wide committed capital including four Operations Funds and four Reserve Funds totals $66.28B. The platform is founder-led by Alexandra Pohl.
Underwriting standards: LTV ceilings and DSCR floors reaffirmed.
As the cycle repositions, Loanetics reaffirms its collateral-first underwriting standards — asset-level LTV ceilings, DSCR floors, independent appraisals, and title-clean closings. "Discipline is not a headwind to velocity — it is what makes velocity possible," said founder Alexandra Pohl.
LP Portal live for admitted limited partners.
The Loanetics LP Portal is now live for admitted limited partners, providing secure access to capital account statements, K-1s, capital call notices, PPMs, and audited financials. The portal is protected by multi-factor authentication and audit logging.

Loanetics Fund X, the platform's dedicated PACE and green-retrofit strategy, targets $7.144B of deployment into HVAC modernization, envelope upgrades, solar integration, water conservation, and resilience investments across commercial and multifamily buildings.
